Very disappointing experience dealing directly with owner Vito Guerra.
Had my car at Maple Auto Body in September 2019.
Asked them to look at three projects
project 1 - we agreed to everything and they went ahead
project 2 - very small job that they agreed to fix for free if they get my business for project 1
project 3 - bigger project and they would not provide estimate without taking off the bumper. I asked them to take off bumper so that I can get an estimate.
Outcome:
project 1: fixed as promised.
project 3: they came up with an estimate twice the cost of another body shop. I declined to
