Rex split over a decade between Porsche and BMW. In 2017, the Master Technician at BMW Markham (Pfaff) joined Thornhill Precision Automotive. At Precision Auto, he focuses on the most complex jobs involving Imports while providing guidance to our junior technicians. Dice spent 23 years at Don Valley Lexus as one of the original technician team from Japan.
Meet Rex, a proud dad, a racing enthusiast on weekends, and a skilled master tech that has taken on the toughest challenges at Porsche and BMW for the past 15 years. He now leads a team of 5 as our Master Shop Technician and Work Shop Manager. A: A complete electrical harness overhaul on a BMW i8. The car was flooded and no one had ever overhauled the harness before.

Based on great reviews I decided to bring my car in for a fender replacement Simon gave me an estimate which was very reasonable.
Made an appointment for the following week and also decided to have an oil change, wheel alignment and brake work done too. When I arrived the rental car was ready for me, Simon went over what was going to be done and I was on my way within a few minutes.
A day or two later Simon called and advised the fender could be repaired and would look good and that there was no need to spend additional money for a replacement, he also gave me the option if I wanted it painted

It's hard to find a good, honest, reliable body shop that has a great attention to detail.
Simon from precision not only made the experience seamless, but also gave us the confidence we were putting our car in very capable hands.
We didn't have to wait months to do the work, we were able to book the following week and the work took 3 days, rather than the 5 that the place the insurance company recommended.
When we picked up the car it was detailed inside and out, which was a very pleasant surprise.

Went in with a crack on my bumper. The owner Simon is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Provides you with all the options available in the most transparent way, with costs. Very reasonable charges. He works with you to get the job done in the most cost efficient way possible. Was able to return my rental car one day early since he got the job done ahead of time. Would definitely return.
