Our pharmacy began as a compounding pharmacy (The Dermatology Centre Pharmacy) in the early 1990's on 42nd Ave SW.

Our pharmacists are always available for free consultations. We have two designated consult rooms and our pharmacists are willing to spend the extra time to ensure your individual needs are met. Our pharmacists can prescribe new medications if necessary or extend refills if you can't get in to see your doctor.
Our pharmacy is an industry leader in Veterinary medications. We source high-quality pharmaceutical ingredients and compound them into pet-friendly dosage forms. We make highly affordable and pet-specific capsules, oral pastes, tablets, transdermal syringes, liquids, injectables, eye drops, eye ointments, topical ointments, ear drops and more!

I went to Create Pharmacy to get a pre travel Covid test. Everyone there, especially Sarah Perez were exceptionally helpful, and cheery. The nurse who did my swab made it the most pleasant Covid test I have had so far. Lots of good humor and super efficient. The shop was super clean and well organized. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I did not come in for a service, but some cardboard. I wanted to make a fireplace for my kiddo so santa could come. They were so helpful and friendly! They were clearly busy in there, as the store was spotless and bustling, but they took the time to make a small christmas request. Thank you for supplying the best medicine this season, some holiday cheer!

I highly recommend this Pharmacy. I switched to this pharmacy after a negative experience with one of their competitors. The suspension for my sons Acid Reflux Disease was completed in approximately 5 minutes, with no advance notice needed. All members of the staff I dealt with were professional and friendly. I will continue to use this pharmacist for all of my son's needs.

We have been with Andrew Costello for over 3 years, because he has been administering injections to our daughter and we feel so privileged that we met him. He has always been helpful and ready to adjust to any circumstances and unexpected changes. He has always done his best to make sure that everything is ready and arranged on time. I have been going to this pharmacy for several years. Besides being my compounding pharmacy, they have been extremely help in several situations that came up and I talked to them to see if they had any ideas. They did and they got me thru until I was able to see the specialist.
