Worst service. My garage was broken into and the alarm did not even go off. When I
called to advise them their system had failed the very rude lady on the phone said "well we are not an insurance company what do you want me to do about it" what kind of response is that. I pay for a service I am not even getting because they used inadequate equipment and did the least amou lont of work possible so I would sign their contract. So now my stuff is stolen from my garage and they stole my money for a system that does not work and did not keep my home safe. After my items were stolen they sent someone

We bought a new Medeco lock for our apartment about a year ago. Quite an expensive purchase. It seemed to always be sticking but Accurate came each time we called and fixed it. Fixes seemed to be only temporary. As life has it next time I got locked out because the key got stuck, we called in and guess what - the warranty had just ended. Accurate did not worry and gave us a brand new lock. The lock was faulty from the start and it was not their fault at all. Their service was superb and I can't say enough about them. Mark, in the West End Shop is great. He was onto the situation right

Five star service all the way!! Our neighbour decided it would be fun to super glue the lock on our apartment. Thankfully Bryan from Accurate Lock was able to make his way in a very timely manner considering rush hour traffic, and get the glue out of the lock so we could once again get back to our evening. Tony, Bryan deserves all the kudos, awards, and bonuses you can give him! Thanks for the help!!

I was just almost run off the highway by one of your vehicles. I was in the right lane on 1West near 1st ave exit and your vehicle veered into my lane. I had to swerve to shoulder to not get hit. Had I not had the shoulder or been going slightly faster we would have crashed. I had my 2 year old in the back seat. I see another post about unsafe driving below. Your security jobs are not more important than me and my son's lives. This happened about 40 minutes ago and I am still shaken up at how close we came to crashing.

I was very impressed with everyone I dealt with at Accurate Lock, Safe & Alarm. Our storage locker had been broken into and the lock was destroyed. We were on a super tight timeline since we had just sold our condo and needed to have the lock fixed before the sale completed. I explained this to the receptionist and she was extremely understanding and friendly and booked me an appointment lickety-split.
The locksmith who installed our lock (I think his name was Ken) arrived on time and was very efficient, personable and friendly. I would not hesitate to use these guys again.
