There is no disputing that alcohol is a teratogenic drug which easily crosses the placental barrier, enters the fetal circulatory system, and is associated with a number of adverse affects. These range from fetal/neonatal death to more subtle growth and central nervous system disorders, depending on factors such as the amount, timing and duration of alcohol consumption, and maternal health.

ALBERTA children services uses this guy to diagnose parents with FASD and FAS even though they aint FAS od FASD, i was told this was going to be an hour and when he was done he said i would never parent again let alone hold a job, since then i have successfully graduated from a paralegal program! this doctor clearly enjoys ruin children and parent live for a living.

In Liu of court appearance for custody of my 11 year old child I was directed to this place for a parental assessment. The environment seemed quaint, and although tired and stressed from awaking early (3hrs travel) I was happy to find the office on 3rs floor at Kingsway mall. Misinformed by another party as to how long this appointment was to take (approx 6hrs) I proceeded to undergo simple tasks what seemed like cognitive ability, however; because my dog was with me the staff said security may smash out my vehicle windows.
