Services
Born and raised in Thunder Bay, David attended Lakehead University and received his honors bachelor of Kinesiology in 2003. He then attended George Brown College Dental Technology Program and acquired his RDT licence in 2008. He worked at Balmoral Dental Designs for a few years before starting Superior Smiles Dental Lab in 2011 with Kaz Kushner.
Our talented and experienced technicias are able to restore any case, and maintain the highest standards in the industry, with a dedication to quality and success. We are constantly seeking ways to enhance our processes and products. We are using industry leading milling machines and 3D printers constantly looking to work with new materials and invest in new technology.
Established in 1990, Balmoral Dental Designs is Thunder Bay and Northern Ontario's leading, full-service dental laboratory, specializing in comprehensive, state-of-the-art, esthetic and restorative dentistry. Now with a new location in Sudbury with a fully digital lab at the cutting edge of technology, we offer our customers the latest and most up to date restorative options.
Balmoral Dental will work together with the dentist to offer the best possible solution that meets the requirements of the individual situation and the esthetic expectations. We mill all our zirconia in-house. Having complete control of the process from end to end means we can set the standard and provide the highest quality zirconia restorations while maintaining the customization of design desired by our dentists.
At Balmoral Dental Designs, our implant products are designed for optimal comfort and bone preservation. We focus on achieving a precise fit and excellent material compatibility by using authentic parts and working with various systems. We provide a range of options for dental implant materials, surface finishes, platform switching, and engaging versus non-engaging.
