Kinesiology taping is a very specialized type of taping that uses elastic type of tape with a specific weave. The specific elastic qualities of the tape is coupled with a very precise type of application to help restore motion and reduce inflammation. It has also been shown to be effective with decreasing swelling and edema.
A custom orthotic is a device designed to align the foot and ankle into the most anatomically efficient position. They look like insoles, but are biomechanical medical appliances that are custom made to correct your specific foot imbalance. Custom orthotics work on your feet much like glasses work on your eyes - they reduce stress and strain on your body by bringing your feet back into proper alignment.
Dr. Mike is a born and raised Vancouver Islander and completed both Bachelors and Masters of Science degrees at the University of Victoria. He completed his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, OR where he graduated with honours. Dr. Mike is a sports enthusiast with a special interest in soccer, golf, and hockey.

I've been adjusted by Dr. Laura for over eight years now and have only been ill once in those 8 years, missed 0 days of work and feel AMAZING!
