Wade & Stephanie are both enthusiastic about the outdoors and can often be found walking along hiking trails or up mountainsides, at a much slower pace these days. They have 2 young kids keeping them busy! They look forward to many more years of enjoying everything the Cowichan Valley and surrounding areas have to offer.
Chiropractic is a primary contact health care profession emphasizing differential diagnosis, patient-centred care and research, with expert knowledge in spine and musculoskeletal health. One of the largest primary contact health care professions in Canada, chiropractors treat approximately 4.5 million Canadians annually with drug free, non-invasive, hands-on care.
Your chiropractor may be treating your muscle or joint pain, but he needs to understand how your body functions as a whole. In particular he will focus on your spine, joints, muscles, and nervous system. Your chiropractor needs a complete picture of your health history and overall current health in order to provide the best possible treatment for you.
To best optimize the chances of a successful outcome, often more than one treatment is required. You can liken this to a prescription from your medical doctor, where every pill is a treatment and you are required to finish the entire prescription. It often takes far less treatments than there are pills in a prescription.
Neck pain is a common and costly problem in Western society. Nearly 60% of the population will experience neck pain at some point in their lives, and at any one time, about 5% of the North American population has sufficient neck pain to cause disability. The head is supported by the neck and upper back, and it is these areas that commonly cause neck pain.

Both Wade and Stephanie are absolute leaders in their respective fields. I have a history of bad neck and back pain, and have seen both of them for these issues. Both are detailed, attentive, and most of all, truly care about their clients and their well-being. I could not recommend them, or their services more.

Great Chiro, was in BC for some Mountain Biking, blew my back out picking my luggage up from the airport. Dr. Wade had me riding by day 2 of my vacation and had me 80% for my flight home to Toronto. Even took time to see me on his day off and at least two of his lunches. Now if only I could convince him to move to Ontario !
