When our trusty Generalaire steam humidifier had a major issue, I called Ashton after a few other companies were unresponsive. The service was top notch, they came out as quick as they could, diagnosed the problem and when we decided it made sense to install the newer model, they came back with that asap (works so well btw). Service was friendly and knowledgeable and they cleaned up nicely after they finished...highly recommend!

This was the first company I called to complete a oil to gas conversion and I didnt even bother making another call. You could tell by the professionalism and communication that Ashton is a honest and sincere co. Their pricing is reasonable and I would say better than competitor pricing (online searches)...The best and HONEST company we have ever dealt with. If I could give these guys 6 stars I would. The freestanding gas fireplace, in the home that is new to us was not working properly, despite the promise of the home inspection. I reached out to Mary in the office a couple of days ago - she gave us a quote for cleaning (and some reassuring words) and we booked a time for our service. Mike, the tech, arrived at the promised time today - he was excellent (even gave our 2 year old grandson a "tour" of his tool kit). There was a little more involved than a cleaning - but we are so happy and enjoyed the fireplace this evening. Kudos to Mike and the team

The service was great from the first contact. They were responsive to the point we were setting an appointment at close to 11pm.
Mike and Mitch showed up on time, did the work very efficiently and answered all my questions. They are both professional and cordial.
Also, their prices are really reasonable.
Will definitely use again.

Reasonable cost and technician was early for our appointment. Mike was very efficient with the furnace & fireplace maintenance, and also friendly and super patient with my inquisitive 5-year-old. Also, Ashton came to repair our 25+ year old A/C unit several weeks ago but we had to replace it, and new unit was installed within week at a good price.

Ashton Heating & Cooling installed heating and AC a year ago and just completed the yearly maintenance. They really look after their customers and are top notch when it comes to customer service. On top of that they offer very good value for products and techs are very professional.

Heater in condo went on the coldest days this winter. Bill came right over and repaired. He then researched warranty and ordered new coil kit and stayed in touch it came in. Came over and replaced as soon as part arrived. He was wonderful. Honest, fair price and very personable. Highly recommended!
