BEVERLY BUILD warrants your home against defects in workmanship and material for a period of ONE YEAR starting on your Closing Day. To register online, you will need your Certificate of Completion & Closing (CCP form), which we provide to you at your PDI. Upon receiving your Warranty Service Request we will contact you to schedule one or more service appointments.
Your Warranty Service Office is pleased to assist you with all your warranty concerns during regular business hours, Monday through Friday. However, some problems that can arise outside of these hours will be considered "emergencies" and may require more immediate assistance. IMPORTANT: For fire, gas leaks, and carbon monoxide leaks contact your local Fire Department or 911.

Beverlybuild Construction did an amazing job on our home! We just finished building a beautiful custom home in Thornhill. we had issues with our first builder and were dealing with conservation and bylaws. It was very complicated. When Beverlybuild took over the project they were dedicated and committed to getting the job done right. They did an exceptional job. They coordinated the right trades and ensured that the job was completed to perfection as planned. They’re also very creative, passionate about his work, easy to work with and has a lot of experience.

I have just had a meeting with their team for my new renovation project. I learned so many things I have never heard before. Their team were extremely professional and friendly and they were also very polite. Overall enjoyed my consultation session. I have no doubt that their construction team is also as professional and deliver stunning results. Recommended.
