We are an incorporated, Christian, non-profit, community-based child care centre with charitable status. The centre is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors and is licensed by the Ministry of Education. Immanuel Child Care is committed to providing high quality care to all children. We are a government licensed daycare that provides a wonderful learning environment for each child.
Our teachers are professionally trained in Early Childhood Education to provide a balanced curriculum, utilizing effective, government-approved methods. The name "Immanuel" was given to Jesus. It means "God with us". We at Immanuel believe that each child is a unique and special person that God has made.

Services
Call our office to set up an appointment for a full tour of the facility. We conduct tours Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 11:30. The tour will take approximately 15 minutes and at that time you may add your child's name to our waiting list (free of charge). When we have an opening for your child, we will contact you to ask if you wish to enrol your child.
Immanuel has a total of 86 child care spots available: 30 toddler (18 months - 30 months) and 56 preschool (2.5 years - 5 years old). This number is regulated by the Ontario Ministry of Education. Children will be accepted into the program on a first come first served basis when spots become available in the required age group.
What do I need to bring with me when I come to visit the centre to put my child's name on the waiting list?. All you need to bring is your child. We do not require any documentation at that time and there is no cost to put your child on the waiting list. You are responsible for fees the entire time your child is enrolled, not just when they attend.

It was great to have my son at Immanuel day care. First of all, we liked the place itself. Very quite, spacious, wonderful playground. The staffs were very professional. We have been updated regularly about the child's activity at day care. It's good to know what and how much the child eats at day care.

I am very excited to have chosen this daycare for my son, I am an emigrant in this country and it was difficult to leave my baby with other people, however all the staff that works there is very friendly, patient and always have good disposition to help and advise . My baby happy to go every day and I know that I leave it in good hands. Also is a beautiful and clean place, they always prepare excellent activities for the kids like a Valentine's day, Halloween, Christmas, and others creating wonderful memories for all of them.

This is a very special place indeed. These wonderful women helped me raise both of my little girls from 18 months until they were ready for kindergarten. I can't express how caring they've been to me and my girls from the very first day we walked in. Ingrid and Colleen are very warm, understanding and compassionate ladies who truly care about the children. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and educated childcare workers and take courses to update their skills. I have come to admire many of them, Lyndal McDonnell and Esther Au in particular.

This is a loving ,caring day care. Most of the teachers work their for long time like 10+ Years, which mean they love what they are doing.
My son love the teachers there and always told me the teachers are his friend and he even want to go to the day care even during the weekend! As he miss his friends and teachers!!
The supervisor there are great! They care how your kid being and will help you if you have difficulties about coaching your kid at home.
The staffs work in there most are Christian and they teach kids with God's love.
Kids love their huge outdoor/indoor playground and their hot
