Services
CrossFit is a training methodology based on functional movements such as running, gymnastics, weightlifting, and rowing. Through our expert coaching, we are able to modify our program to challenge everyone from a total beginner to a seasoned athlete. Tidal's program delivers fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive.
Personal training is the most effective way to transform your body in the least amount of time. Your personal coach will build you a custom plan and hold you accountable every step of the way. Enjoy a personalized workout plan and a lot of accountability in a non-intimidating environment. Train around injuries, work around your schedule, and never wait for a piece of equipment.
Group training will prepare you for anything life throws your way. Each day you'll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. Our classes lead to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable. Your classmates will keep you accountable and make working out fun.
It would be nice if we could protect our kids from everything that life throws at them, but we can't. Through our youth's fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we've seen elsewhere. We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment.
At any time during your membership, you can choose to cancel your current term. Tidal's fitness memberships run on a month-by-month basis with no set terms/length requirements. Membership cancellations require a minimum 3 BUSINESS days notice prior to payment due date. Notice of cancellation after payment has been processed will not be refunded.

Love this gym. Better than any I've ever been to. Great coaching and a great sense of community. My husband and I have been going for 3 years and my mum recently joined the Legends class (55+). Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

Excellent coaching that focuses on form over weight/going "Rx'" and a very community focused gym that I love being a part of. Tidal is what helped me get back into working out after some big injuries (tearing Achilles' tendon and ACL) and it's the only time I've ever looked forward to working out instead of playing (competitive) sports.

Tidal Crossfit Danforth is one of the best crossfit gyms I have trained at. I have been a member at Tidal for over 3 years now. I have some minor mobility issues and the coaches are helpful, inventive and encouraging when it come to helping me modify my workouts. The facilities are comfortable and the classes are friendly and welcoming to all fitness levels. The sense of community that this gym manifests can’t be beat.

Fantastic gym! I came here from a different Crossfit gym with an injury, and every coach I've had has made me feel listened to and taken care of, I no longer worry about getting injured. They will scale and modify to your ability and still provide you with a challenging workout. They focus on proper technique, moving safely, and their programming is thoughtful and made to continually improve your strength and ability. And the community is super friendly and encouraging, if you're nervous to try Crossfit, this is the best place to start!

Love this location! The coaches are super knowledgeable. They really take the time to correct you as you go, and help you to push through those barriers each of us face. Very accommodating to any pre existing injuries, and scaling appropriately for those who are brand new to crossfit, or even exercise in general. Positive energy all around with the members and coaches. Keep up the great work guys :)

I'm a physiotherapist of 30 years experience, working in orthopaedics and sports medicine. I am a member at Tidal, and have been since the summer of 2013. I joined Tidal to take on the most challenging exercise I could find to help me with my recovery from cancer treatment.
Crossfit can get a bad rap because it is hard exercise. However, the coaches at Tidal including Mags, Stephanie and Margo are skilled in guiding both experienced athletes and newbies to Crossfit to train in a challenging but safe manner. I recommend Tidal to clients looking for a challenging workout. The have helped clients

I just finished up the 4 week crossfit bootcamp class at Tidal. It was a great experience. A very welcome change from going to the gym by myself. Workouts were done as a team and the coaches were very knowledgeable and motivated the class. You will sweat more during your warm up at Tidal than you did working out on your own.
