We are looking to get into a house and had gone the usual route with the bank (40 year relationship)( took us 3 weeks to get a response) ( and we could get a popcan ) and to another lender ( took 10 days).
We were referred by our Awesome Agent to Scott and Bogdana of LendCity. They received the application and actioned it within 25 minutes of receiving my paperwork. Scott contacted me 5 hours later to confirm we indeed can get a mortgage and actually are able to get More than what the banks / other lenders were offering.

Scott and team (Kristen, Tammy in particular) were wonderful to work with when we were purchasing our home. They answered any and all questions we had, and took the initiative to reach out and make sure we were up to speed with progress. Anytime I called they were responsive and knowledgeable. They made a very stressful process incredibly easy, and got us a great interest rate. Not only are they professional, but they are personable as well. Easy to talk with, and seem to genuinely care about their clients. How many businesses make sure to wish you a happy birthday months later? I would guess not

Scott and his team were fantastic. My awesome realtor recommended them simply due to the hoops that the bank was asking me run through - and since I was on a tighter deadline I needed it to move faster. Scott and team answered my inquiry right away and answered every email within less than an hour, even on weekends.
