Dr. Neeraj Bansal received his Bachelors of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Punjabi University, India in the year of 2000. Dr. Bansal delved into the concepts of dentistry, and went on to receive his Masters of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontics from SDM college of Dental Sciences, India. Dr. Bansal was excited to share his knowledge and love of dentistry therefore decided to spend time teaching in a dental school from 2005 to 2009.

I am an autistic adult who struggles with going to the dentist due to the overwhelming amount of sensory input and I just have to say dentistry at Arnprior is an amazing place to go Where I feel absolutely no judgement for bringing the tools that help mitigate my disability. (ativan/anti anxiety meds, Weighted blanket, fidget toys and my audiobook)…
I’ve had two appointments in the past week that have been between two and three hours each and with my second appointment I did not even need to take my anxiety medication!

I had an appointment at 2 and got there 10 mins early to pay ahead like I was told I had to. I then was seated in my room where I waited close to an hour, while listening outside of my room to people not knowing where the product to microabrais my teeth was. Mind you I was getting this done before my graduation pictures. I then was told by a woman… that they didn’t have the product for microabraison today, and that they can do a filling instead on my tooth. Which the dentist beside her told me I would have to get it redone in 5 years and it would make my tooth rough. I refused 2 times

My first appointment was June 24,2020. Just days after dentists were allowed to see non emergency patients since the Covid shutdowns. I was absolutely shocked by the carefree attitude around safety regulations. I witnessed three people that were working directly with patients, not wearing masks. I had to request the employee taking my… information put on a mask! After my appointment, I was sent to a payables desk, the employee had her mask below her nose! This is shocking to me. We are in the midst of a pandemic, and a medical facility that goes into patients mouths were so nonchalant about

First time customer - fantastic service. Friendly, knowledgeable staff; nice new office. Dr. Guleen (?) was prompt and able to fulfill my request for replacement of two front fillings during this visit. The girl, who assisted Dr. Gurleen and with xrays, (name escapes me, but she had been sent over from the hospital to work), was amazing. Always checking if I was okay - same for the hygienest. Can't wait to go back in April for my next appt. Recommend highly.

I haven’t been to a dentist in 25 yrs. Suffering for the last two and a half years with still undiagnosed neurological health issues my teeth have been taking a beating do to clenching , contorting , and other tics. This group of professionals were thoroughly accommodating and offered the care I needed. With the aid of some gas they were able to settle me down enough to assess and perform some much needed improvements. The staffs relaxed and calm approach lended to a great experience I would recommend to anyone. Cheers
