If you want to avoid getting charged additional charges without being told, avoid this place at all costs. They went over our insurance's time limit by a pesky 4-5 minutes and a low $30-40 charge turned into $95 for absolutely no reason. Dentist is definitely nice, but they aren't THAT considerate of patients. I'd recommend looking for other dentists if you're looking for proper care all around.

The office was very well divided to implement public health restrictions for COVID, which make you feel safe and secure when receiving your service. The staff here, including Dr. Ahmed are always exceeding my expectations with their professionalism, knowledge and work. I especially enjoyed my hygienist Chelsea ( I believe that was her name) who was super knowledgeable and provided me with excellent advice on how to maintain my teeth. I was very satisfied with my visit today.

This is a more than 5 star clinic. Starting from the worm welcoming attitude you get from the lovely receptionists, to the amazing and cozy waiting area with nice treats of coffee and biscuits, to the professional staff working there where they keep you informed of every step they need to do next on you. And once walk thru the hall you must get welcomed from any of the staff there , by name !, they try to make feel home.
As long as I can, I will definitely keep coming to Dentistry @ Kanata. Good job .

The staff and dentists at this dentistry are very kind, professional and caring. I was treated by Dr. Ashfaq Ahmed himself. He has a very down to earth perspective and caring personality. He gave me a lot of suggestions and also provided me free dental products. Overall I'm highly satisfied of their treatment and hospitality. They always treat with a smile.

I went to Dentistry @ Kanata for the first time today and I was so impressed! I had part of a permanent brace wire poking out and causing me pain. They were able to get me in the same day for a quick appointment to solve my problem. Michelle, their receptionist, was able to text me to set up my appointment because I wasn’t able to talk on the phone at work. When I arrived the staff was so friendly. Alex, my new hygienist, did a meticulous job taking the old wire and cement off my teeth. She cleaned and polished them making sure they were very smooth. I am happy to say I am no longer in pain and
