Booked a road test here for 9:00am, as per email - arrived half an hour early (or else!). Doors were locked. There was a lady in the office but had to knock on the window to get her attention. She had no idea about my appointment and said they don’t even open until 10. Offered me no help. I waited until 8:45 when I called the phone number to listen to their voice message which gave an emergency number. Called that number, and was told he had to call the driver examiner to make sure she knew she had an appointment.
At 8:55, they unlocked the doors. Communication is a bit of a miss here it seems
