If I could give 6 stars I would. Just bought a Cadillac XT5 at Georgetown Kia. Great customer service. Mitch (sales) was friendly and knowledgeable as was Andrew in Finance. All the staff I met there were friendly and helpful. Their price was the best around. Easily the Best car shopping experience I've ever had.

Harman was hands down the most knowledgeable and honest car sales man I have come across. Did not push a sale on us and went above and beyond to meet all our needs. If you go to the Kia in Georgetown see Krish Modi, awesome salesman I went to look at a brz or gt 86 and Krish pointed me in the direction of this beautiful blue BRZ and I had to have it. Krish made sure I got good trade in value for my corolla to make the deal happen. 10/10

I was there on a particularly cold day and Harman Pabla was the rep assigned to my mother and I. He was so gracious in attempting to work out our demands in our budget and breaking all the rates down for us and providing us with our various options. He also arranged the test drives and brought the cars to the front door so we would stay warm! Truly a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend!

The staff were extremely friendly.
We had already visited other dealers but we called Krish after seeing the car we wanted advertised on Auto Trader.
Krish was so friendly and helpful they I took the long drive out to go visit him.
Even though I thought he was friendly and helpful over the phone, the in person customer service was outstanding.
We decided on getting our cat from not just Georgetown Kia but from Krish since he was the one who sold himself to us.
We are very happy with our purchase and may be back soon.

They have moved into a larger facility, so more new cars but also hundreds of used cars priced extremely well. Met Cameron as my salesman and he was great. I never felt pressured to purchase, but once I made my mind up, he was great. Pick up day was so easy. Between Cameron and Matt, the paperwork guru, it was a breeze. I have purchased vehicles in the past, and I’ve never had them go over every detail of the safety inspection to make sure I was aware of what they did to my car. I’ve just collected my new Kia Seltos in Neptune blue, the colour is amazing. This suv is awesome, well finished and I love all the options that are standard with this vehicle. I made a simple mistake: I didn't read the entire contract before signing. That's on me.

Had I read the contract, I'd have noticed the $1700 'contract registration fee' (PPSA) attached to the financing. That's more than 10% of the amount I was financing and about $1670 more than the government of Ontario charges the dealer for PPSA.

10% added to the purchase -- imagine that -- and hidden in the fine print. No wonder it took over two hours to buy a $20k car on which I was putting 50% down.

So now, to avoid a $1700 fee, I have to pay for the car outright. Fun

Long story short: don't ever buy or service a vehicle here. Period.
Tried to right a detailed review but neither Google nor help allowed me enough space to post it so here's the ultra condensed version (yes, ultra condensed). Delivery was held off for a week on my used Pontiac after initially scheduled to fix a misfire as part of the safety, kept getting pushed back for other issues that I'd find out about after they didn't call me for updates (I'd be calling myself). Get the car a week late and it's still misfiring. I take it back for that plus some other issues,

Originally I did not shed a good light whatsoever on the above dealership because there were many things that Nick Chopra has done but did not hold himself accountable for. Originally part of my review is as follows: A year has passed and we are contacted by Nick Chopra to come in and to give them another chance. My husband being a nice and forgiving man that he is, agrees much to my reluctance. I have to give this place 5 stars. When we bought our new Sorento in 2016, we had amazing service from a young guy. He was so helpful. Too bad I can't remember his name. Next time we need a new car, I will return to Kia Georgetown first

Terrible experience. Georgetown Kia screwed me out of $1,300. They tricked me by telling me my payment for my financing would be $100 and that to get rust proofing it would only cost me $4 more.

Looks like they "miscalculated" because when I got home and did the math turns out my monthly payment should have only been $87.00. So when I was agreeing to a monthly payment of $104, I was actually paying $17 extra dollars a month. That means that instead of the rust proofing costing me around $500, it was in fact $1800. Not to mention the $600 extra fee for their financing that they never
