Great staff and smooth buying experience. Imran Fozdar from the finance team was a pleasure to work with as he took the time to understand my financial situation and gave me realistic options for what I could afford. I never felt like I was obligated to buy warranties or add-ons that didn't make sense for me. So far I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely come back to Gorrud's in the future.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had at Gorrud's! From the friendly atmosphere to the amazing staff and my beautiful new car. I had the wonderful opportunity to be assisted by Ziggy Babula. Not only did he take the time with me to help me find a car that I loved but his kindness and patience made the experience perfect! Once I found my car I was assisted by Peter in finance who worked with me to make sure I found the best finacing deal possible! I had a very NEGATIVE experience purchasing a vehicle from Gorrud's Auto. They were very nice while we were there to test drive the vehicle but once the deal was done it all changed. During our visit to test drive the vehicle we dealt with Harvey (sales person) and his manager, Danny Demerol. We were trading our vehicle in so Danny took a look at it and drove it and when he came back in to give us the keys back he advised our sales person to give us X dollars for our trade. I am not sure how this second-hand dealer gets so many positive reviews, something to seriously think about. I was also mislead to believe with these positive reviews. Rest I leave it to you.
To my point of sale and service review. Sales guys try to sell you so many packages with the car sale. They have many Quebec seconds car inventory which is not disclosed upfront and but when it comes to service these guys are rip off, they couldn't even honour their own warranty. Dodge Grand Caravan 2013 Model with remaining 1year warranty brought from this dealership in May 2015 had troubled

Bought a vehicle back in March, amazing experience buying it except for few things that the dealer did not disclose with me. 1st that the bumper was re painted and I found out when I called to ask for history of what they repaired on my vehicle before and after I picked up the vehicle. 2nd the vehicle came from QC and it was never disclosed at the initial that this vehicle came out of province. 3rd the vehicle with multiple issues, brakes, rotors, struts, shock absorbent, cruise control and evap issue. I kept taking the car back to them with 30 day warranty that they offer, but they kept coming
