Booked an intake appointment for physiotherapy on friday april 9th for today monday april 12 , left my work early, to make sure I was gonna be ontime, only to show up for them to tell me they did not have me booked, neither they try to fix their error or even try to book me for another day.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt good leaving each session.
I had a tough time processing claims through insurance. They handled 50% of my claims the other 50% was submitted incorrectly and never adjusted. Management was no help, provides very poor customer service, ignores phone calls, voice mails and emails.

Been calling all week to cancel my appointment but no one answers the phone, the answering machine is full so can't even leave a message. (Not that they listen to them anyways).
The reason for 'trying' to cancelling my appointment is due to the fact that after my first visit I observed that this place is far from professional, or a nice office. It's a small squishy place with no privacy. The evening receptionist is very unprofessional especially for a medical office. You over hear everyone business due to her shouting it out and paper thin walls. She does not listen when she asks you questions

I am very happy I came to Green Lane Physiotherapy. All of the staff are so caring and kind. The Physiotherapist is very knowledgeable and professional. He takes the time to explain the treatment and answer any questions I have. My appointments are always on time.
