Am reluctant to even rate this law firm with one star, in particular Mr. Andrew Rogerson. I consulted Rogerson law regarding drafting a will and discussing best way to manage my three children’s inheritance that would be tax efficient.
Instead what I received by way of “advice” was a diatribe about his own relatives and In particular how he parents his own young daughter. A total waste of my time and my $200. Very unprofessional and I hope he has a conscience knowing full well he took my $200 and totally wasted my time.

I have been working with Natasha Finbow from Rogerson Law Group over the last few months to submit an application for probate after a family member had passed away leaving no will. So far I have nothing but positive feedback, the law group has been incredibly responsive to any concerns or questions I have had. Additionally, they were able to complete the probate application sooner than expected which saved me a lot of time, money, and energy.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of speaking with Norman MacDonald at Rogerson Law Group.
I found this lawyer to be both unhelpful, unprofessional and rude. He interrupted me often during our conversation which indicates that he was not listening to what the client had to communicate. He informed me that he would not offer any legal assistance unless I retained him and paid him first. Lastly, he abruptly hung up the phone on me after some rude communication. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional, insulting, and unlikely to be endorsed by Rogerson Law Group.
With plenty of choices

Hello all,I would like to share my unforgettable experience. Due to my Real Estate Agent’s negligence, I got myself committed to an unconditional offer to purchase a house that was beyond my affordability. I borrowed fund from the line of credit to make the 100K deposit with the unconditional offer and later found out that I was not qualified for a conventional mortgage. I can't say enough good things about this firm. My first lawyers had me capitulating on a particular issue that I knew was not legally correct. I breathed a sigh of relief during my initial consultation with Andrew as he quickly confirmed my suspicions. This horrible man charged me $12,502 to send one letter. I wrote 3.5 pages of the 5 page letter!!! and charged me all that money. There is no excuse for it whatsoever. Some of the lawyers in his office do not even speak English properly and I had to correct their word usage all at my own expense. (Retribution is NOT the same as recompense, really!). Apparently they don't use secretaries or clerks, they charged me their lawyer billing rate of $650 an hour to walk a document somewhere to be printed (and charged me a whole hour!).
