Mark Kelly is a graduate of both Wilfrid Laurier University B.A. (Hons.) and the University of Western Ontario (LL.B). Mark has lived in the City of Barrie since 1989 and articled with a prominent Barrie law firm.
Mark's articles focused on litigation and he gained extensive experience in the field of criminal litigation with counsel of that firm, who has since been appointed as a judge to the Ontario Court of Justice (Criminal Division). The office is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, although appointments can be booked after regular business hours in order to accommodate the working schedules of our clients.

Mark Kelly has been my lawyer for the past 23 years. I met him when he was just starting out. This man has saved my life many of times, and every single time. I onlyCan say that this man has got me a so many times there's never a hassle never the bad thing is done he's always wrong time never late always punctual and very knowledgeable when he needs to be I owe my freedom to this man as well as much more I've never day over 45 when there's times where I should have done a few months he knows his stuff and do what I do what it takes to get his point across thank you Mart
