Great service, moved from Milton, Ontario to Houston Texas, dealt with John Ho, very responsive and helpful explained the whole processes in detail. It took little longer than expected just because of COVID other than that the move was very smooth.

I hired Royal Moving and Storage to pack up my belongings in readiness for shipping to the UK. John was always very courteous and prompt in getting back to me with advice and answering any questions I had.
When packing up my things I found his team to be extremely punctual, polite and very professional in wrapping up my belongings.
