This place is fine for cleanings, but terrible for more complex services. I have gotten the same bracket on my permanent retainer fixed here 3 times. The same bracket. The first bracket took 15 years to break, I come here and it lasts a year each time. The same issue happened with a chipped tooth: it rechipped a year later. My bracket just broke yet again and I will not be going back here now that my insurance covers me elsewhere.

I go to Dr. Gadban's office first and foremost because Silvie, the receptionist, is a ball of JOY. She is the brightess and kindest person ever! Her sense of humor is contagious and her customer service is impeccable. Never once have I seen her have a bad day and I've been going to the clinic for 10 yrs now. That says a lot on a person's character. Next, Dr. Gadban's work is great. I have zero complaints, always a perfect job and his hygienist I use has done a wonderful job over the years. Dr. Gadban's referrals are outstanding too. He sent me to a specialist for an issue I had and they did a beautiful

The couple of times I visited the clinic before I moved away was totally satisfactory. Dr. Gadban and his hygienist did a fine job on my teeth. It was all routine work and it was done impeccably. The receptionist Silvie is a shining star in this office. She brings such healing and light into the space, basically you miss her when you don't see her haha. I was very satisfied with my visits there.

I have been coming here since I was a student at McGill 4 years ago. They have a wide variety of experienced dentists so that you get the best service for your situation. When I was a student they were very understanding of my circumstances when I would come in for an emergency root canal or filling. You can ask about pricing and they will breakdown exactly what costs how much and even suggest cheaper or alternative methods if there are any.

Had the most wonderful experience here. The assistant as well as the dentist are one of the kindest and experienced doctors I’ve ever come across. Also, the receptionist Sylvia is warm and welcoming! I don’t usually like going to the dentist but this one changed my perspective!
