This place is the literal best. The receptionists, hygienist and dentist are the nicest people I've ever ever met. Going to the dentist is always stressful for me but these ladies rly make it a breeze. I went back in for sensitivity after they fixed a gap between my teeth and even tho they had to take x-rays, my follow-up was free!

I was very impressed with my first visit to this dental clinic for a cleaning and check up. Stephanie was able to fit me in on a cancellation and was very prompt at answering my emails. The design of the office was very appealing to the eyes. The treatment room I was brought to had calming music playing and a TV broadcasting stunning scenery which helped to create a reassuring environment. Sofia provided a very thorough cleaning of my teeth paying special attention to the areas around the lingual wires. I was a patient of Dr. Little, and was sad when he recently retired. However, I am thrilled with Dr. El Ansari who has taken over his practice. I travel over 100 km from Ontario to see her and feel very fortunate to have her as my dentist.
She is highly skilled and professional in her practice. Through covid I have kept up my regular check ups, as well as two unexpected appointments. I felt very safe with precautions and professionalism shown by Dr. El Ansari and her team. This coupled with her incredible skill in dentistry makes me feel quite blessed.

I have been seeing Dr. Little for over 15 years - I recall when I was abroad once and called his office to discuss a recommendation from a local dentist during my vacation. He was patient and completely empathetic to my situation. I went with his advice and never regretted my decision. Through crowns, fillings, and wisdom teeth, I had it all and never had a bad visit. If it was not for moving to Toronto, I would still be going to see Dr. Little.

This office cancelled our appointment without notice because we were 15 min late on a major winter storm day. Appointment was on 08-Feb-2020. Awful service. We were notified of the cancellation after we arrived 15 min late. They did not even care to ask what pain is the patient in. They are not patient centric.

Really bad experience. Lack of professionalism. Lack of judgment.
I started an Invisalign treatment with her, and couldn’t be more disappointed.
She lacks professional judgment. And based on my experience, I don’t believe she will eventually be able to acquire it with experience.
Basically, I have crowding with some occlusion issues. Invisalign seemed to be a good option, and I’ve had many colleagues and friends who have been through Invisalign treatment (people with bigger teeth problems than me).
My treatment started in March 2019. From March to end of June, I was seeing her every 2

I started coming to this clinic 10 years ago, when I first met Dr. Little. He was always excellent at his job. Whether it was for a root canal or a filling, I never felt uncomfortable and the results always came out great. More recently, I have started doing my procedures with Dr. El Ansari, and I can happily say the quality hasn't changed. She is very attentive and considerate of her patients, and results continue to be excellent. Definitely recommend to anyone who asks that this is the best dental clinic downtown.
