Ruth is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and is licensed by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Born and raised in Ottawa, she attended South Carleton High School in Richmond. In 2010, she graduated with honours from the three-year Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and has since been practicing Massage Therapy locally at both Manotick Massage Therapy and The Retreat and Spa at Strathmere (North Gower).
Ruth specializes in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy and pre/post natal massage. She is also very experienced in myofascial release, Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage and sports massage. She is known for working one on one with clients to tailor the treatment to find what works for each individual.
