Dealing with Adair was a disappointing experience. It wasn't as though we were a difficult sell. We merely wanted a crabapple tree removed and stumped, a hedge trimmed and several other smaller projects done. What was surprising was the utter dismissal of our repeated requests for an update followed three months later by a terse notification they'd be at our place the following day with a vague notion of arrival and no interest in hearing if this was convenient. After canceling them, there was still no follow-up. Good luck staying in business.

I can’t say enough positive things about Adair Tree Care.
They started looking after our trees in 2017.
From pruning to fertilizing, they do a really awesome job. Most recently, I had concerns about one of our bushes, and an issue with wasps around our Tower Poplars. When we called Adair Tree Care, they helped us to assess if the concerns we had about our bush were warranted and helped us to understand why we had so many wasps around our Tower Poplars. I would highly recommend Adair Tree Care.

This is the first time that I have given 5 stars to any company. I used Adair Tree Care on two separate occasions and both times, their work exceeded my expectations. I really appreciated their knowledge and expertise as my property is heavily landscaped. A high recommend for people looking for tree or landscaping service.

So many good things. The quote was accurate, easy to understand, and no surprises. I had some questions because I'm not an expert (that's why I wanted to hire one). My questions were clearly answered by people who seemed to really knew what they were talking about and clearly enjoy what they do. The adjusted quote was fair and the appointment was clearly stated. They came on the agreed day and things went according to plan. I even added an item on when the showed up, to which they explained the pros and cons and also talked me out of doing something dumb that a competitor was trying to talk me

The crews from Adair have looked after my trees and shrubs for years. I like that they are very professional, always consider the health of the tree/shrub before making any cuts and do a thorough clean-up. I totally trust their judgement. This year I had to reschedule my winter pruning because there was so much snow in the yard that the shrubs were buried! That was not a problem. A pleasure to deal with!

We are so pleased with the work completed, and even more, the incredibly supportive customer service we received from Matt. The work was necessitated by a neighbor complaint, and Matt went above and beyond to help expedite the process, and ensure they were comfortable and happy with the results, while also protecting the tree (a beautiful old Ponderosa Pine) from damage by excess cutting. Highly recommend.

Adair has been our tree pruning service for years. They did a recent servicing which included removing two large lilac trees & grinding the stumps. Everything was done in a very professional way including cleanup. Their personnel are very courteous & helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

We really look forward to visits by Adair Tree Care (Matt and his crews) - it's like a spa for us as well as our trees. Matt has been coming every few years for some time now. We learn more about tree care and have longer term options for our yard through their services. Dead material is removed so we (and our trees) enjoy more light. Support for our aging elm has given it new life. We highly recommend this business and its certified arborists for their professional and courteous approach.

Extremely happy with the service provided by Adair. Staff were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt right from my first meeting with Matt. Work was done quickly and the site was thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. They also provided some guidance on how to care for my new tree before they left. Would highly recommend using their services.

I had some work done in June and they did a fair bit of work for a fair price, however I was not fully satisfied. My apple tree was left too large. The Lilac bushes, although thinned, were not left looking neat and groomed. They said the lilac bushes were that way because I wanted privacy, but they could and should have been groomed. I ended up purchasing a chain saw and getting help from friends to do additional work. I would have preferred that they quoted a little more and did more, to my satisfaction. I would have preferred if they had asked me if I was satisfied at the end of the job rather

We have entrusted our tree work to Adair for years now and have found their service to be outstanding. They have planted and pruned trees for us. We take part in their fertilizer program and our trees are thriving. The trees received minimal damage in the September 2014 snow storm due to the care and advice we received from Matthew. We needed an elm tree removed. After several estimates and reviews Adair was the company that were available at a reasonable price. They showed up within a day of predicted time. Three workers quickly and efficiently took down our large elm tree. They chipped the tree, ground the stump and removed all sign of the tree, save a small pile of saw dust we spread in the garden.
The arborist and his two helpers were knowledgable and polite. We will miss the tree, but it's time had come. At least Adair Tree Care made the process painless.
