Dealt w Advanced because they carried a high-quality (and more expensive) boiler for our hot-water heated home. Installed the new boiler but rather than vent it to the side of the house like the old one, vented it instead directly on to our patio so we can sit outside engulfed in dense clouds of steam. Promised repeatedly to address the problem, most recently last spring when they asked if they could put it off till the fall when they were less busy. We agreed but never heard from them again - no call, no email, nothing. Not even the courtesy or professionalism to return calls or answer correspondence

I purchased a top of the line Bryant AC/ furnace and an Aprilaire Humidifier. These guys really know their equipment. Best of all, they take the time to explain exactly how and were they will install the equipment ,wires and pipes. Their work is top notch. I really appreciate the neatness in the finished product. They take the time to not only… make sure everything is working but also the job is neat and tidy. They were able to integrate all my equipment including my HRV into one controller that now controls everything. I would highly recommend this company if you are a picky person and

It was the first time I contacted them and they provided fast, courteous service. My AC stopped working (capacitor) on a Sunday night at 9:30pm and I heard back from them at 7:45am the next morning with an appt to come over the following day. The tech came out and was quick, helpful and answered a bunch of questions I had about my existing unit without trying to "sell" anything to me. Will likely look to them when I do need to purchase a new unit!

Professional, fast and efficient. Was a pleasure to work with the team. Going from electric baseboards to a Natural gas system, the team installed all new duct work, furnace and handled the gas components. Dave made experienced recommendations and proposed the right furnace size that kept us warm and cut our heating expenses drastically.
