Ductless air conditioners have been a popular commodity in the Ottawa region for many years as an alternative cooling solution. Many homes are built without the infrastructure for central heating and cooling (ductwork). Historically, these homes have heated using boilers with water radiators or electric baseboard heating.
At AirZone, we offer a full range of high quality Lennox and Amana heat pumps that will save you money every month on your utility bills. A heat pump has both a condenser and an evaporator allowing the unit to switch between heating and cooling. This allows the heat pump to operate year round by heating in the winter (supporting your furnace) and cooling in the summer.
At AirZone HVAC Services, we offer a full line of gas fireplace products and services including maintenance. Our major suppliers of fireplaces include products from Majestic and Continential. We used Air Zone in fall 2021 for replacement and installation of an old gas fireplace, fairly critical to the coldest room in our house. We dealt with Matt Liddard and Cameron the installer technician.
Air Zone was amazing. In these Covid times with difficulty accessing the actual hardware, they offered us an excellent fireplace. They were very quick to get back to us when we first called; their installation booking was both relatively quick and on time. The installation was done exactly in the time they predicted and done very professionally and with care to keep everything clean and in order

Fantastic level of service and attention from Matthew in sales and from Sean for installation. The team invested time to assess our home in detail to ensure equipment would meet our needs. Presented clear options, worked with us to understand them, and enabling us to make an informed choice. They have a very quick, dedicated and responsive team. They took only 3 days from the day I requested a quote to finishing installation of the Furnace Humidifier.
Matt (the sales rep) called and asked for the requirements. We met and he reviewed the furnace room. Explained in detail how and where the humidifier would be installed. He then emailed me the quote, to which I agreed. I got a call from their office on same day to schedule the installation, glad there was an opening the very next day.
David (the technician) came for installation

I had been having heating issues for a while, I googled and recognized these guys from the radio. I spoke to Matt Robinson. If you can deal with him, I recommend it. He came on a Saturday, and was super helpful. Turns out I didn’t even need to purchase anything. He explained the problem, fixed it, and told me to call him if it were to ever act up again. I was expecting the worst, and it ended up being a really great experience. I’ve always had a hard time finding a good HVAC company, so I figured I’d leave a review, cause these guys nailed it.

They showed up on time as expected, very professional, wearing masks and were polite and the job was spot on. I'd recommend this company to anyone. They replaced my old fireplace and venting through to the chimney which was essentially leaking. It no longer leaks, and looks a lot nicer and cleaner than what I had in place. Very happy with the overall service provided from Nathan and the team.

Great service and very responsive to inquiries! Just got a new AC unit installed and the guys did a great job; they were fast, knowledgeable and left the house very clean when they left. Now enjoying our cool home after a hassle free installation and a great price. We were quoted a similar unit from another local company for around $1500 more than Airzone charged - their prices can’t be beat. Would highly recommend!

My furnace stopped working which meant no central air either. I have a maintenance plan with Airzone and gave them a call. Got an appointment quickly scheduled and Mitchell discovered the problem quickly. Part ordered the same day. As it was in stock a new appointment was scheduled within the hour and within 2 more days all is in working order and Airzone will help me recover the cost of the part from the furnace manufacturer. I am as always very pleased with their service and continue to recommend them.

Great service and a dedicated team of technicians who never leave a mess or waste time. Even in the middle of a heat wave, Cameron ensured he let me know he'd be late, came 35 minute after the time window closed, stayed 90 minutes to ensure all 4 of my applicances were given their annual service and left with a kind word and smile.
Cannot say enough about the excellent service I have received for the last 9 years and know it will continue in the future.

We requested a quote from this company to install an air conditioner for our home. The representative was very polite and seemed professional. He only inspected the furnace room for 5 minutes or less and he said he could install the air conditioner in our space no problem and that he would get back to us shortly with a quote. Two weeks later, he never got back to us, which I understand it would be a difficult installation but at least tell us that up front so we can at least keep looking for other companies that will actually help us.

I had a technician of AirZone come to diagnose the water-leaking problem of my furnace. The furnace is less 10 years old, and has been serviced yearly by a maintenance technician from a reputable company.
After examining the furnace for about one hour - most of the time he was running in and out of the house for making phone calls, the technician told me that the secondary heat exchanger of the furnace has cracks, and thus has caused water leaking. He also told me that the furnace is not in a good shape, and needs to be replaced with a new one.
