Got a cut, highlights, and colouring done by Betty and I'm loving my new hair! This salon is honestly a joy to visit and the staff are friendly and helpful, even to those they aren't currently working on.
Bonus points for all the effort put toward helping me make sense of the vague idea of what I wanted along with confirming that I consented once I understood what I was getting into.

Not recommend!!!
I had to wait for an hour!!!! Beside waiting time I ended up with awful highlights on my head!
I went to get some foil highlights and ended up with a completely different result!!!! I wanted my lights to be light as possible, ash blond and NOT ORANGE!!!!
Well I ended up with awful orangish highlights!! The highlights from Back of my head are more light and other parts of my head is brown and yellow!!!!

I moved to Victoria after I've had my hair done by Ria in 2018 and tried other hair salons close to home. They're nice but no one could make my hair look as good as Ria does so I travel to Coquitlam for my hair needs every 4 months and it's worth it! I have never found a hairstylist as talented as this girl! Props too to the salon owner for having an amazing place and team! Recommend 100%! I feel like a star!!!

"6 stars should be possible" 😉 I love all the girls here. I've Known Ria for a very long time, and she is very passionate with her work. She makes myself, my friends, my girlfriend and even my mid 50s father feel comfortable, in a friendly, and fun environment! Even when she was SO BUSY WITH ALL OF HER LOVING CLIENTS - one of the other stylists (Sarina) was happy to help do my hair, and a few of my friends with the same attention to detail and care as my previous experiences with ria. 10/10 - I bring all my friends here!! Anyone that isn't happy with the service here is uneducated in what customer

I love coming to this salon! I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at other “reputable” hair salons, but I have to give props to all the stylists here! They’re super friendly, easy to talk to, and they give you exactly what you want. I live in Surrey, but it’s definitely worth the trip for both a cut + colour. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
