Services
Our latest and recently constructed three bedroom unit is located privately at the rear of the property relatively near the office and laundry facility. The unit has a nice view of the bay, a swimming pool and playground. It has three bedrooms consisting of two bedrooms with queen size beds and a third bedroom with two twin beds.
Our finest accommodations, these 2 and 3 bedroom deluxe cottages are located though out the property and are designed with all the modern conveniences. Always a favorite, these accommodations are ideal for families or couples traveling together for that special get away.
All Executive Cottages have a fully stocked kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, electric heater, dine in kitchen, color cable television, 3 piece bathroom with a bathtub and stand up shower, and a large deck with a barbeque.These deluxe units are duplex cottages containing both a 2 bedroom executive and a 3 bedroom executive.

The original By the Bay Cottages, these 2 and 3 bedroom vintage cottages located along the entrance way and the rear of the property have a variety of designs unique to each cottage. Each cottage has a character all its own but all have the same comfortable atmosphere.

Our largest accommodation, our 4 bedroom Executive house located at the back of the property is a fully functioning 4 bedroom house complete with 2 bedroom balconies. This very large unit has 2 stories with the main area housing a large living room ideal for entertaining, kitchen, dining area and bath.

DO NOT BUY OR RENT HERE. “Sunny”/ Tuyet is a total scam artist. I rented one of her other propertiesas an AirBNB and this con artist charged me for laundry soap that her washing machine didn’t rinse off a comforter that we spilled a small amount of iced tea on. I can understand her charging to wash it again or even dry clean, but no, this SCAMMER wants $250 for an entirely new set. She is also trying to charge me for a knife that must have been broken prior to our arrival, because we didn’t use any big knives. One knife broken by HER, and she wanted charged me for a whole $95 set.

We have enjoyed coming to this place since 2016 and have found the owner to be very very helpful, knowledgeable and charming! Each unit is very well appointed and meticulously clean! The owner puts her heart into creating a comfortable place and takes personal responsibility to ensure your stay is comfortable! As a cross country tourist we have found the service and accommodation exemplary! Kudos to Sunny and her team! If there are any complaints, they are quickly rectified ... I’m Not sure why this place has such a poor review rating, I went here for 3 days with my brother, and we had a blast, the cottages are beautiful, many have been recently renovated, the whole property is in great shape, and the owners are very friendly, the pool is clean, and anything you need is available.

A group of extended family plans a trip to PEI every year, we have stayed at various cottages and had amazing experiences and decided on By the Bay Cottages for summer 2020 because of the proximity to the beach.
We booked in fall of 2019 and then...COVID. A few of us are from outside of the Atlantic Provinces so in late spring of 2020 we contacted the owner (Sunny) and moved our dates ahead exactly one year.
Moving forward to late spring 2021 we contacted about the possibility of some the us extending there stay for 2-3 days at which time we learned that she
