IC Forming is a family-owned business located about 10 minutes east of Edmonton. Run by Norman (Norm) Spronk and two of his sons, Curtis (Curt) and Nathan. My wife and I decided to build our own house on 80 acres of land we owned outside of Edmonton. We decided early that we wanted to build the house with ICF for the energy efficiency and the durability. We had a rough floor plan that we had created for the house and Ed Spronk at ICForming worked with us finalize our house plans and he generated the blueprints we needed to proceed. I got a few other quotes on ICF blocks from other vendors and decided on ICForming as they carry a solid product with the Logix blocks and they offered a very competitive price. We placed our order and never looked back

My husband and I decided to demolish our tiny, ancient home and have a new one built. We chose ICForming to tear down our old house, and build the foundation for the new one. Demolition was scheduled, but due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, demolition ended up being delayed for almost 2 months. ICForming was kept updated during this time; they were exceptional to deal with, understanding and accommodating. It was great to work with ICForming! I built a shop/washbay at my farm and had the ICForming crew supply and install the footing and frost wall. I also had them supply the styrofoam for under the floor slab which I put in floor heating in.
Everything was on time and on budget.
