Dr. Livingston Chen graduated from McGill University's Dental Program in 1988 where he also received his bachelor of science in 1984. Dr. Chen moved to Toronto in 1988 and has been practicing at this office for the past 30 years. Services provided by Dr. Chen include fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, as well as, cosmetic dentistry and anti-snoring therapy.
ROBYN, TARA, and FERN are our front desk staff. Robyn and Tara have been with us for over 25 years. They are all committed to patient service and comfort. They will discuss any concerns that you have regarding the business aspects of the office. MICHELLE, MONIKA and NADIA are our main full-time hygienists.
At Promenade Dental, our dentistry team is dedicated to providing a strong foundation for great oral hygiene. Dr. Chen and our professional staff are committed to ensuring our Thornhill patients receive thorough care during their twice-yearly dental examinations and cleanings. A comprehensive dental exam and cleaning are recommended twice-yearly for children and adults.

I love Dr. Chen. His office is pristine and the staff are amazing, especially my hygienist June. They are always on time and make you feel comfortable with dark glasses, TV and patiently explain everything. It's easy to make an appointment, they have a gum specialist on a Saturday every month. Tons of free parking and flexible hours.

Dr. Chen and his staff are fantastic. Kind and gentle, he works with care and precision. I’ve had some pretty bad dentists in the past who have done more harm than good. I was scared to try someone new, but Dr. Chen was kind and compassionate explaining everything he was doing to calm my fears. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
