Received a floral arrangement for a funeral in my family. There were mainly very inexpensive flowers used with a poor colour arrangement. Much of the greenery and all of the gladiolus were dead by the next day. By two days most of the arrangement was dead, I received a replacement hand arrangement (which could not have equaled the price that was paid for the original arrangement) and there was a droopy flower in it when it arrived which was dead by the evening. Very disappointed and will never recommend or use this store again.

This flowers shop is very unprofessional and seriously what happen to customer service??. I made an ordered for a Valentine's gift. Got it delivered a completely different one, nothing look like what I paid for. It looks cheap and ugly AND I got charged 70 something dollars for only 5 roses.
When I called back to tell them that we got a diff rose delivered. The woman talked to me very rude and no apologies at all, she even blaimed and said to me"you ordered on the day that we so busy and we have 100s of delivery so things like this bound to happen. Just

This is my go-to flower shop. I'm susprised (not pleasantly) to see previous negative reviews that had a bad experience becuase that has never been the case with me.
I'm not one to actually plan in advance and as a result end up walking in the door last minute with no idea what I want or even how to ask for it. The staff there is patient and friendly and I always end up leaving satisfied.
They have a large assortment of mixed bunches and are happy to make one up on the spot based on what you want and/or can afford. They almost always have gerber daisies (my wife's favourite) and

Absolutely HORRIBLE place!!! Stay away from buying/ordering from this store if you don't want your mood ruined for your special occasion.
I ordered an arrangement for Valentine's Day called "Arrive in Style". It was supposed to come with pink roses and lilies. Instead, I was told at pick up (not when I ordered them!!) that those flowers were not available. I was given a few red roses (which have clear signs of weather exposure), white lilies BUDS (none blossoming) and lots of green leaves for filling. The arrangement looks like its hurriedly put together at the last minute
