Ordered a Christmas Eve bouquet for my Aunt. Didn’t receive any confirmation. Emailed a week later to confirm they received my order(as my CC was already charged). Was told it was received but to check my junk mail and didn’t offer to re-send the confirmation email. As a woman with brains that is the first thing I checked before emailing. Then when the flowers arrived they spelled my name on the card wrong and the arrangement didn’t look anything like what I ordered. Ordered 2 of the deluxe graceful moments for sympathy flower arrangements to be delivered July 30th well one arrived. I placed my Mother’s Day order what I though was well in advance (5 days), however my order was never delivered and no communication was provided. When I called the St Thomas location to enquire, I was told they had run out of supply and had to cancel a bunch of orders. The person I spoke with offered no empathy and very little information on what would be happening next. In the middle of a pandemic, when many people cannot see their mothers, this was a way of reaching out and was handled extremely poorly.

We ordered 2 bouquets for our daughters sweet 16. The day felt like an impossible task under the pandemic conditions. But the flowers we picked up were amazing and our daughter absolutely loved them. The curb side pickup was easy and the girl (I think her name was Megan?) was very pleasant and made sure I was happy with them.
If they can make us this happy during a pandemic, I can’t wait to see what they can do under “normal conditions”!!

Forest of Flowers is the best florist I have ever dealt with. And I order a lot of flowers each year for family, friends & clients. What you order is what is delivered - unlike other florists who will downgrade the arrangement or vase. Most recently I ordered two Thanksgiving pumpkin arrangements — they were spectacular and exactly lime what was shown on their website. Thank you & keep up the great work!!!
