Clover Towing has steadily grown from one small tow truck to about a 52 unit fleet that we are today. We started as a small operator towing in Surrey, and now our fleet can handle anything from small motorcycles to large dump trucks. Clover Towing is currently the municipal contractor for both the City and Township of Langley and the City of Surrey.

The following is a guideline of the necessary paperwork you will need in order to claim your vehicle. The first step to claiming your vehicle is the Vehicle Impound Release; to get this release you must sign the release forms at your local Motor Vehicle Branch.
The registered owner must be present at our office unless otherwise indicated from the vehicle release forms, you must bring your valid driver's license and/or Government-issued photo identification card.

I called the call centre to get our vehicle released. The woman on the phone was rude, unhelpful and actually hung up on us. All I tried to do was arrange picking up our car. When I had a hard time hearing her due to noise in the background, she rudely stated she worked in a call centre and there was nothing she could do about it. After me stating twice I could not hear and asking to repeat what was said, she just hung up. Horrible customer service!

Got my car stuck in snow on a hill last night on Christmas day in white rock, Stu from clover towing provided an excellent service and got me outta there in no time. He had to go out of his way to climb that hill himself since it was super icy. I would like to thank you for being there and working during the holidays to help people like me in need. Highly recommended!

They are there just to take money.. on scene driver said it will be $200 or less and when we are there they add every single fee they can add and make it $550+ for less then 20KM. That’s fine if they can explain instead of explaining the lady behaves rude and said she is being frustrated. She said drivers’ time is so value-able but they forgot so do our money.

My car was booked to be picked up (A week ago) between 9-10AM, I had also scheduled a rental car to be picked up at 12:30 (Assuming a company as common as Clover Towing would be reliable). I called at quarter 10 drive to ask where they were as it was running late, and I was told I'd recieve a call back right after they called dispatch. Long story short, I had to call again at 11:45 and was told that the soonest they would come was 90 minutes... So am I supposed to cancel other appointments to wait on a tow truck company that makes appointments for no reason? I guess I'll be getting a

Not very reliable or accurate time of arrival.
Starts with a couple hrs then when I call in to check after 2hrs, it's now up to 3hr and then it 4hrs. Then we get a text en route and still wait another hr!!
They say only 15mins away but do they show up...NO.
Give some realistic arrival time please and not waste peoples time waiting around.

This tow company has no thought of giving good service ,my car was suppose to have been dropped off at our location on sept 30 between 8am and 5 pm,i call them at 430 pm they are located in surrey langley area .
They said that the car hadn't been picked up yet because they were busy with city contract and the driver said that they come first.
i had booked this tow the day before sept 29th lady at the desk promised me the car would be at my premise well before 5 pm.
then i was promised the the car would be at my location first thing in the morning its now 10 am and the car is still not here

Amazing service!! Dave from Clover Towing was very friendly and professional. Two tow trucks were called by accident and the other driver caused a big scene. Dave was the one that who got there first and helped us out. After seeing the bad behaviour from the other company Dave said he wasn’t charging us. We didn’t accept and still paid..we were blown away with his professionalism and timely manner.

Their lot has overgrown thorns and bushes that scratch your paint up. I had my vehicle impounded here (I was later found innocent and had to pay nothing). I found my black paint all scratched on my door as they parked right beside the fence where there are over grown thorns. They need to do better, why are you parking vehicles where your lot is not maintained? I have attached images as businesses tend to claim that they are not in the wrong. I can not believe the laziness of this business that charges like 700$ for one week holding. City of Surrey should have done their research when assigning

Ok guys..I had the absolute best experience with this towing company. My car broke down while I was with my two babies and clover towing was so thorough over the phone and got a truck out to me within the hour. My tow trucker Kevin was amazing ! He was professional,careful and quick when handling my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get their car towed! Thank you again so much to Clover towing and Kevin for everything !

I attempted to use Clover Towing to have a vehicle towed to the mechanic, I called 3 days in advance because I wanted to have the tow truck pick up my vehicle on time. I called on the day, to make sure the tow truck was on time, the dispatch told me the truck will be on time. One hour after the scheduled pick up time, no tow truck. I called again to find out if they had forgot, the dispatch person told me that the tow truck had just left the tow yard and should be at my location soon. I waited another hour and no tow truck, so I called again and the dispatch person said the tow truck was rerouted

I booked an appt. a couple night back, they said they would be at my house the next morning by 9:30am...By 9:40 they still hadn't shown, so I called them, they told me they were close so I waited another 45 mins...I called them at 10:30am and they had no idea what I was talking about!!!! I was blown away, they said I wasn't even in the system!!!

Battery died at the worst time!! But thankfully this company works throughout the night!!
Dakota was the BEST! He came so fast and fixed our car battery in a minute!
Reallly happy since it was late at night and freezing cold. Response time and communication from this company are top notch.
Super friendly and understanding. Would recommend to friends in the area. If you are in the area and need a tow or a battery boost, these guys are the ones to call.

Clover towing, employees are not to professional but they are helpful some what. i had my car impounded and i had stuff in the trunk, upon opening the trunk all of the items were moved and thrown around throughout the trunk even though they couldn't be moved just by driving careless clearly the workers there have gone through the car. They didn't steal anything gladly as their rep is not so good, but they left the car unlocked making me suspect that it was left unlocked on purpose for any opportunity for theft

On Saturday my car died as we were travelling on Highway 1 and upon inspection under the hood was coated with transmission fluid as well as puddles of it under my car.. I had my two young kids with me and it was 30 plus degrees. I called Clover towing and was told it would be about 40 minutes wait. After about an hour I called back and dealt with amazing staff that explained someone was on route but that there were several issues and accidents hence the longer wait. My roadside assistance placed a call with Clover. After over an hour I called, they had not dispatched a vehicle yet but hoped one would be available in 1/2 hour. After 2+ hours I called again, still had not dispatched a tow truck. No courtesy call, or text message from them. I cancelled the call and asked roadside assistance to get me a different towing company. Reach out to your customers if you expect long response times, be proactive!

After the city towed my car for not driving it in the snow even though it was parked in my parking spot, i was not in a very good mood. The wonderful ladies working there made my day so much better, and a very annoying situation became bearable. They made 1hr long stay enjoyable and fun, i would not like to have to go back for the same reasons because it was expensive but wonderful staff and Ally super hot

My car broke down in the middle of a vey busy intersection in Langley, and I phoned Clover towing service. A driver named, Ian, responded. Ian made an unhappy and extremely stressful situation into a calm, more pleasant one. He was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I hope clover towing recognizes the value in an employee such as Ian. Spends less than 15 minutes then splits fast
I called his office said he had a police call and had to leave
Dispatch to go get my spare keys from home
I live 30 minutes drive away stuck in Surrey live in Port Coquitlam I said I would wait then they said over a hour wait time . Is this normal treatment

I did not had tolls service with them. But they are unprofessional.
I tried to change lane on the hwy, putted my right signal time on.
I only see the tow car accelerating rather than and speeding with me as I tried to go faster.
So i almost missed the exit.
And the tow truck is tolling a car behind.
feel sorry for the car who got toll, the truck was going very high speed on highway and cornering on exit.
the tolled car was got bouncing so much, and the car was tolling backward over 100km....
im not sure if this ok.... but imagine your set front wheels set going backward over 100km...

This evening, I got my car stuck in the mud...literally
Called Clover Towing and had the nicest receptionist receive my call and promptly sent out tow service.
Kirby, who helped us out, was friendly and and professional. It was a challenging job but he was persistent.
The rates are extremely reasonable for what work these employees have to deal with and I would highly recommend this company to others
