Had my Maserati towed today (Jan 21st) and couldn't be more happy with the service provided by my Driver Ron. He was professional and took great care of my vehicle.
Not only was he helpful but he is a skilled operator and was able to land my car perfectly in my garage off his flat deck and took pride in his work.
In this day and age service like that is refreshing and made a stressful situation all good. Ron, you're the man.

I was waiting a total of 15 mins before driver showed up. I was given a 90 min time frame to wait from bcaa. Driver Looked at my vehicle and explained what the potential issues could be. Very professional , very courteous, and amazing ,respectful staff in these hard times that covid has made so difficult.

My son's evening went from pretty bad to worse when his car broke down. It was 11pm and we were minutes from home. Since I was the one with the BCAA membership, I stayed with the car and sent my son home with his brother as it was going to be a 75min wait until the tow truck driver came.
Fifteen mins later, my phone rang. Five minutes after that, along come Mr. Wiggles (aka Lindsay) to my rescue chugging along with his light flashing. Instead of just towing the car, he took the time to do some detective work to determine the root cause of the problem. Unfortunately, at the end, the only option

My car wouldn't start, and called to get a tow to my mechanic. Instead, Jaysson said he could jump my battery which proved to be difficult because of the type of car I have, compounded with a series of events but he persevered, determined to get it going and he did!!! He spent a lot of time on it. Would have been easier and more profitable for him if he had just towed me. Very honest, incredible service. Within 10 minutes of my call he came. I can't say enough good things about Jaysson and Bayview.

Arrive promptly and was super helpful when my starter died! Tried a battery jump, as well as a quick charge before we ended up towing my girl away to the shop! Modern equipment on the truck and the man was super kind and funny and had my car out of there in no time! 10/10 would recommend their services to anyone I know!

Mr. Wiggles (he goes by this nickname) was super awesome!! The car I have, which he was towing, was in a garage. The garage was not facing the street, so Mr. Wiggles had to drive into a small space to get my car out. Although the situation was really difficult, Mr. Wiggles performed really professional and he was an expert! So thank you Mr. Wiggles! The service was super qualitative and efficient!

We were stuck in a parking lot after our car wouldn’t start. It was hard to know exactly what the problem was since it could be anything. We called our Road side assistance and they dispatched someone from Bayview Towing. We were prepared to wait but he arrived within 15 minutes since he was in the area. Rod was such a friendly person. He was so happy to help us. He attempted a few things to try to get our car started to get us home. Unfortunately our battery seemed to need replacement or may have a different issue. He was very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions on what was best to get

Had to bring my car to the shop. Dealt with Cindy at their office and found she was efficient and great to deal with. Starlene came at the pre booked time and took great care in loading my car. The way she handled herself showed experience and put me at ease knowing the car would arrive in perfect condition. Starlene was also the same driver who picked up the vehicle from the shop and brought it back home to me (in perfect condition). Great team over at Bayview, the best towing company I have ever dealt with. I will certainly use them again and recommend to everyone

Needing a flatbed for a car at 1am is never something that is neither1. planned for, nor 2. looked forward to. I had picked up a large bold in the driver's rear tire of my new Porsche and had no way to repair it. We flat-bedded it up from Tulalip, WA to Blaine where we limped across the border. Rod with Bayview Auto T arrived with a smile on his face and carefully re-flat-bedded the 911 and drove it and us safely to our Vancouver drop off. Thanks so much Rod for helping turning an unexpected potential disaster into a memorable, early am, encounter. Very much enjoyed your company and

My car broke down and needed to be towed to the dealership. In the two Bayview damaged the fender and one of the fog lamps. I reported the damage and they and their insurance adjusters refused to pay for the damages.
If my car breaks down in BC again I'm probably better off just renting a trailer, a truck and towing it back MYSELF..

They saved my family when our rental car got stranded just across the border into Canada. I wish I remember the name of the gentleman who helped us, because it was so enjoyable talking with him that I was almost sad when we got the car to its destination. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, even towing the car to the hotel instead of the garage, knowing that we had no way to travel without the car in the middle of the night. I hope I won't need their services again, but if you do, I can't recommend them highly enough.
