He has handled a wide range of securities and venture capital matters, acquisitions and divestitures, and other business and financial transactions for emerging growth companies, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, established businesses and venture capitalists.

Jonathan concentrates in all aspects of litigation and transactional matters (including commercial and residential real estate transactions) for entrepreneurial client base, primarily complex civil litigation involving numerous parties in state and federal courts. After moving to Chicago from his hometown of Cleveland, Ohio, Jonathan spent fifteen years with Pokorny & Marks, LLC, a boutique commercial law firm.
Dillon is in his sixth year of practice with broad based transactional and litigation experience. Dillon began his career as an Associate with Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP (now part of the global law firm, Dentons), a premier Midwest business law firm in Louisville, Kentucky, where he primarily practiced in the Corporate Services Department handling mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, and finance matters.
Prior to immigrating to the United States, Oksana was an attorney in Russia and attained a PhD of Law from The Academy of Law and Management at the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia in 2013. From 2007 to 2012 Oksana was an Associate Professor at the Academy of Law. After that, she was a Researcher at the Supreme Court of Russia and later practiced with Karabanov & Partners, one of the most well-known legal firms in Moscow.
