Services
Taking the right dose of medication at right time is essential to ensure that you are receiving the best possible health outcome. This can be hard if you or your loved ones take multiple medications or have certain conditions. We can help by preparing special packaging that will help you keep track of the timing and the dose you need to take for each of your medications.
The cornerstone of family medicine is an ongoing, personal relationship between you and your doctor. We will work together to achieve the best possible health outcomes. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, your family physician provides routine health screenings and will counsel you on lifestyle changes to prevent illnesses before they develop.
Oakvillage Medical Clinic has flexible walk-in hours, and are staffed by the same regular family doctors as the family practice, so we maintain the same quality of care for walk-in patients as for regular patients. We are open weekdays, as well as weekends.
Between juggling work and family, it is convenient to be able to head into a clinic where no appointment is needed, especially when a sudden health issue arises and causes you concern, or your family doctor is unavailable. For major emergencies and traumas, please visit the Emergency Department at your nearest local hospital, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Sadly, going to this walk-in clinic was not a very good experience. Just to preface, I assumed walk-in clinics were running the same as pre-COVID so I did NOT make an appointment as there was no information posted online about this. Upon entering the facility, I waited for about 15 minutes before anyone spoke with me or acknowledged me. I was asked if I had an appointment, I didn't, so I asked if I could make one for later that day. The receptionist asked me what the problem was *OUT LOUD* which was really embarrassing because I didn't want to explain my issue for everyone to hear. I came back

Very bad receptionist, very rude, Not helpful at all and they would keep you waiting on the phone for along time, and if you try to call from another phone at the same time they will answer your call and still the first one at hold. You can call and leave a massage but no one will return your calls. I've been trying to give them an excuse because of the pandemic but now after they are not so busy and life start to go back normally again, still give me a really hard and bad time.

I was really enjoying Dr. Alawsi, but since covid hit, it has been a complete & utter nightmare. The receptionists are SO unbelievably rude & VERY unhelpful. There were times where it took almost a week for me to just get through to make an appointment. It's like the phone ringer is on silent or something. It is never answered. Dr. Alawsi seemed very overwhelmed & appointments were very rushed. She ended up going on a leave & I was asked if I would be okay waiting two months until she got back (?). I said, no it would be helpful to see a Dr now if possible. The doctor that I was told to see, Dr

Doctors office is a joke. All the doctors need to be fired and removed of their license. Pretty much force patients to make good reviews about them. They have no idea how to do their jobs properly, extremely rude and unhelpful. So lazy they don't put in effort into actually helping people. DO NOT GO HERE

I was a patient of Dr Noori and he was wonderful! Now that he is gone it has gone downhill, i dont even bother calling when Im sick because the doctors simply dismiss me. I wanted to wait and see if Dr Noori came back, but I need health care, so I have no other option but to look for another clinic. With the current doctors they have calling them is as good as doing nothing... I hope Dr Noori is alright, he really is great

This clinic has slid down to a zero rating, sadly. Dr. Noori was the best care provider and is deeply missed. The other Drs there are horrid. It's all time and money. The male is abusive, dismissive, condescending, & down right cruel. Refusing essential meds, oh yes! Argumentative & escalates issues to shouting, doesn't follow up on essential refs or calls, makes patients do his leg-work. Has no idea about patient history in mtgs. Can't get through via phone, they won't check emails for critical info to Drs. Dr. laughed at a patient and made them cry (witness). I'd give a zero star but it won't

CONS: I looked online and saw they were taking new walk-in patients. I called anyways to double check. NO ONE picked up. I thought maybe they were busy. When I arrived to the clinic I asked the secretary if they took new walk-in patients. Her first answer was "No sorry" right away. I said "oh" and she then proceeded to ask me what my problem was. I told her I was having eye pain. She then asked me if I was having flu like symptoms (most likely due to covid-19), I said no, she then asked me for my information and told me to go to room 3. I looked around and there was NO OTHER patients anywhere,

If you are a patient of one of the drs here, you will get priority and get treated better. If you are a walk-in patient, stay away! I've been here a handful of times as a walk in patient for each of my daughters and for myself and each visit has gotten considerably worse. The last time I went, I was there when they opened and was 5th walk-in patient in line. However, I didn't get to leave until 3 hours later! I get that people with appointments have priority. But that wait time is ridiculously, especially since I only saw the dr for 5 minutes. And from what I overheard, there was one dr taking
