Be careful when doing business here. I rented a mailbox from them and they requested a photocopy of my drivers license or passport. When I asked for more information how how they protect personal information from identity theft, they told me it was the law to provide this for mailbox rentals and refused to give me any more information on their policies. I again asked for information on the law they referenced and how they comply with PIPEDA. They immediately cancelled my contract without warning and refunded my payment. Super shady, I'd recommend avoiding this place.

I have used many of the services offered by Grupdesk and the businesses within over the past year, and still continue to do so. The friendly, helpful and supportive group of creative professionals at this location is extremely difficult to find these days. I have also attended many of the after hour events and seminars hosted within the space and can say it is a great setup for small professional events. I have not dealt with GrupDesk; however, I have MANY times in years past, had the expertise and knowledge (both in-person and over-the-net) of Gio Aguirre. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he also was patient and skilled in customer-service. Whatever business ventures that Gio is part of, in my opinion, you can be assured of the integrity, ethics and quality of that company; they won't be steering you in ANY tangents of "shady" whatsoever.
