We always get our toner from Printer World. They regularly check up on us to see if we need any, and deliver them as well, which is great. Sometimes even Paul, the owner, delivers them himself. At the beginning of the year, they even gave me all the calendars that my heart could possibly desire. Anyway, the service is great, their products are great, and I think we'll be customers for a long time.

This was the second company we contacted as the first took days to reply on 3 occasions. Printer World was quick to respond, quick to provide friendly and knowledgeable service, and worked with us in our situation. Pricing was fair, they provided quotes before ordering parts. We had a few printing projects to be quoted for Capital Plumbing & Heating and John from Printer World came by the office to ensure he had all the details necessary to provide an accurate price. He also came back a couple of times to follow up on any changes we wanted and for us to approve the proofs. The printing was done quickly and delivered to our office all for a very fair price. I use Printer World for all my business marketing supplies and they have been quick and efficient with the jobs I request from them. The prints come out exactly how I imagine them to be and are bright and clear as I expect.
I also needed a new toner for my printer, which they were able to provide to me and offer me a compatible cartridge for a cheaper price. And when I wasn't sure why it wasn't working properly, a staff member came directly to my house (where I work) and fixed the problem for me (which turned out to be super simple)

Nathan from Printer World is just the best guy ever. He came to our office and had a look at our printers and saved us a lot of headaches
by selling us the right cartridges and make them all work. He knew instantly what we needed and the delivery was the very next day instead of waiting weeks, what we were used to.

Nathan from Printer World took the time to help me determine the best printer for my particular business priorities and budget. He was professional and patient and did not pressure me. Nathan helped me solve some problems that I had not been able to before when I shopped at the common box stores who do not specialize in printers and have less experienced people there. And he even got me better prices than I would’ve got had I bought my printer anywhere else! Next time I have printer needs, I’ll go to Printer World first!

One of Printer World's guys, Nathan, is definitely the printer man. I've used him multiple times for my firm and for clients and saved them a ton of money on toner. He always is prompt, the prices are great, and if there are any issues he makes sure it is resolved right away. I definitely would recommend using them to anyone I know.

Nathan @ Printer World was awesome. He not only saved me a ton of money on toner for my printers at the office, but he personally delivered them to me and followed up afterwards to ensure that they worked well and that I was completely happy. My toner bill was literally cut in half by switching from what I used to buy at Staples over to Printer World. Highly highly recommend Nathan and the rest of the crew over @ Printer World.
