This company's flooring was installed in my new condo when I bought it 8 years ago. The flooring began to fail after 6 years. I called to get some advice as the company name was given in my new building manual and had no return phone call or email. This week there was a promotion for businesses in my area and this company was one of them. I called them again hoping for an opinion and guidance and the owner would not have any conversation but to say I had to go back to the developer who is now operating under another name. Horrible service. We thought we were getting a deal on our laminate and they told us we had to purchase the rest of their product to get the deal, which although was 100 sq ft more than we needed, we agreed to. When we got home and started installing it we realized each box had two different types of locking mechanisms for the same product. They told us both types were discontinued and they couldn't order us more of either type. Their solution was for us to cut the locking mechanisms off of one type and directly glue it to the plywood. We had to go through 31 boxes of laminate to sort out the two
