Laminate flooring is made from particles of wood and other materials, topped with visual decorative layers. It has significantly evolved over the past with new photography and printing technologies that the top manufacturers utilize to make their products. Laminate flooring looks very realistic and, once installed, can be hardly distinguished from natural materials that it simulates.

Kevin and the installation team were great. I found the carpet I wanted easily at a price my husband and I were both happy with.
Installation did not take long and the team was friendly and thorough.
From quote to completion I was happy with the prompt, friendly service and how the new carpeting came out on my stairs and landing areas.

Kevin and the gang were great. Very easy to talk with and do business with. They did a great job. Firstly, we had the wrong measurements for our bedroom which resulted in different sized carpet. The installers quickly went back to the shop, and returned with a newly cut carpet and installed it all within a couple hours without any fuss. It was truly a hassle free and easy experience. We are very happy with our new bedroom carpet.

We recently removed wall-to-wall carpet and had hardwood floors installed. Our sales representative, Kevin Low, was very knowledgeable and efficient; he answered our product queries, provided estimates and revisions very promptly and responded exactly when he promised he would. The installers arrived on time every day, they worked diligently on schedule, their work was meticulous, they were attentive to safety procedures and they left the site cleaned up and tidy each day. I would highly recommend Kevin Low and this company for any flooring project.

If you are considering Global Carpets as your flooring supplier then look no further. When it comes to service they are first class. Ash was our representative and he could not have been more helpful. His knowledge and expertise made our decisions considerably easier. The installation was absolutely superb and our installers were very accommodating. A great job and we have had comments from many people including a friend who is in the construction industry. Worst service and experience ever! They did not fulfill the promises they made initially and the work was done very poorly. Even knowing about the whole situation and everything that went wrong, the owner/manager did not even apologize for what has happened. I would not recommend them to anyone that respects themselves and/or their home. As a business owner, I am disgusted by the way the owner/manager has dealt with our case, or better yet did not deal with it at all.

The best service! So helpful and patient - I had so many issues with my renovation but Ash and his team made me feel assured my carpet replacement would go right. Great installers and I can't thank Ash enough for his above and beyond service. To make a long story short, I had to change my carpet twice and I can't say enough how professional and… understanding Ash and his team were. The installers pay close attention and followed up with me during the whole process. Thanks again!
