Found this business with Google search. I called at noon and explained our plumbing emergency. Was assured that someone would be out in the next few hours. 4:30pm Plumber "Vern"calls to say he can't come after all because he has cataracts and can't see well enough to drive safely. I asked if someone else can come out and Vern said he will come out after all. Calls back ten minutes later and says he won't come after all because he ran into a curb while driving. I asked Vern why he is still driving if his cataracts are that bad and he said, "I have to work". He

Made the call at 8:20 AM, hot water before noon.
Yesterday when I got home from work, I noticed that our hot water was - well - notso hotso. First I tried to fix it myself, re-lit the pilot light, flushed it out, re-lit the pilot light, checked after a couple of hours for hot water, no hot water, tried to re-light the pilot light, and there was no spark. Leger was very quick installing my hot water heater and left the area cleaner than it was when he started. He seemed to welcome my presence while he worked and chatting with me and answering my questions didn't slow him down in the slightest.
Price-wise, his wasn't the lowest quote, but that he was able to come that very day and provided a better quality product than the others made him the best choice.
