We are a second generation family run business. We offer full jewellery and watch repairs as well as free estimates and quick turn around. I have had several watches repaired at Fort Richmond Jewellers. Repairs are always done well and quickly (even when things need to be sent out or parts ordered in).
Dan is extremely friendly and takes the time to explain what the repair entails. We always keep in mind that prices are an important factor when it comes to sales, due to the current global situation, we manufacture a range of commercial jewellery without sacrificing product quality. My husband and I wanted to upgrade my engagement ring. Dan was extremely helpful, patient, attentive, and provided amazing customer service throughout the entire experience. I designed the ring of my dreams and he made it happen. I will ONLY be getting my jewellery from Dan; no more big store overpriced jewellery with awful customer care. I have been a patron for a number of years. He always is helpful and honest and never tries to sell stuff that you don't want. Also, I have gotten all the special batteries that I have needed for kids toys etc from him and he did a great job on my mother's watch. I never thought it could be fixed. Thanks very much.

They have some of the best prices in the city. (If not the BEST!) You get what you pay for. The staff is extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. I suggest you give this place a try! I'll be coming back and be doing business here again. Fair to their customers, GREAT EXPERIENCE all around. Very professional and polite.

I bought a locket for my daughter as a gift to welcome her to young adulthood. It was purchased from another jeweller and the clasp stopped working the third time she wore it.
It took a while before we had time to see about getting it fixed, and by then I was sure we were well outside the time limit for such things (and to be frank, I hadn't been especially impressed with that jeweller anyway).
Today we stopped by Fort Richmond Jewellers to see if they could help. The man at the counter (sadly I don't know his name) looked at the locket, took it into the back and made some kind of adjustment

First went to this place because it's right by my house. I needed a jewelry repair. owner is very nice and genuine and does a great job every time (my necklace is 18k gold and veryyyy thin lol it's broken more than a couple times). every time it is nicely repaired in a timely manner. the store is on a smaller side with less items on display as you'd see at a larger company. I have yet to purchase an actual item from here yet. however I like supporting the family run business. recommended 👍

I'd like to thank Daniel for repairing my favourite watch. He was very personable, professional, and detailed as he went about his job.
