At Quadra Village Drug Mart, we have a Canada Post Outlet to serve the community. You can fill your prescriptions, use the Walk-in Clinic, get your favourite health foods, natural herbal products and nutritional supplements and attend to your postal and courier needs all at one location. Customers can send regular mail, express mail, registered mail, parcels and courier mail.
We offer free prescription delivery for Seniors and other customers living within our delivery zone who are unable to come to the pharmacy. Customers who regularly receive their prescriptions from Quadra Village Pharmacy, as well as customers who only require prescribed medication for short periods of time can both benefit from our free deliveries.

Two stars because the pharmacy staff at the back seem nice. Any other service I’ve received here has been absolutely horrible. Post Office staff are the slowest in their profession, I’ve waited an hour with only 2 people in front of me. Besides the horrid wait times, they are some of the rudest people in customer service. When picking up a package, upon approaching the counter for my turn, I said “hello” and was given the response “all I need is your identification, I’m not interested in anything else”. I've never a good experience here, especially with the post office. If there's a lineup, expect to wait 45-60 minutes while the clerk takes longer than necessary. They're either chatting with customers or trying to figure out how to look for packages (hint: try using the computer and scan the tracking code). They ask for your ID quite rudely, and can barely answer your questions that any post office clerk should know. I was pretty disappointed when I went to the post office. My mail usually goes to the James Bay post office and this time I got a delivery notice for this location which is really out of the way. I went on my lunch break and the employee was so rude. He wouldn’t even check the system to see if my package was there because it said it was available for pick up after 1 on the delivery notice. I asked if he could maybe check as it was 12:25 and this post office was so out of my way. He said no. After I left I called Canada post to see if it was at that location or still in transit like the Drug Mart

Every time I've been in since the pandemic began, one of the pharmacists has been not wearing a mask, or wearing it with his nose out. Even when mask mandates have been in place, and knowing pharmacies serve vulnerable citizens who can be immunocompromised.
He's even been outright rude when I requested him to put his mask back on, properly, it's incredibly irresponsible.

Worst place to buy Medicine... they have a sign to wear mask all the time in Quadra village Pharmacy, But look at the owner working behind the counter not wearing mask.......Thanks for your review. BUT I was there in the store for more than 20 min to wait in a line & the person you are talking about he walking all around the place and he passed by me to enter behind the counter WITHOUT WEARING MASK.. it’s doesn’t matter if he behind the counter or not , it’s matters that you guys need to provide us a safe environment to he can not speared any germs or virus to anyone.

The owners are quite rude, like to argue and tell you how you are while taking no responsibility for their own mistakes and flaws.
They sell food past its due date without notifying the buyers. CHECK ALL DATES ON THE PRODUCTS.
They also have a mouse problem so check any food you purchase as many times its been stepped on or nibbled by the little ones.
Its very dirty and disorganized and don't bother searching for makeup. There's tons of boxes everywhere and the section
