My husband and myself were recently going on a trip and noticed our tires were showing low pressure. The young man Kyle who came out took the car in and verified that the tires were okay. He told us this can happen when tires get cold and took the time to show my husband how to fix the issue ourselves while also reminding him to monitor the tire pressure so that we are safe when on the road in the future. This was all done for free and we will ask for him in the future if any issues arise with our vehicle.

Took my car in to get the snow tires on.When the mechanic was given back to me my front drivers and passenger seat was a mess.The passenger side had a big grease mark from either his uniform or from the tire being on my seat.Not impressed.

Regarding Honda Pilot 2021 purchase experience:
My journey with Orangeville Honda has started with nice experience as Kim has helped me to get what I was looking for at a good price. I appreciate that she understands the customer's needs, and fully support them through the process.
And here is where a true journey with Honda and Orangeville Honda dealership has started:
Honda Pilot 2021 was delivered on time as promised - shiny, clean and ready for adventures.
At the time of pickup, I've noticed that the Rear Entertainment system has some scratches on the sensors (please see the pictures).

* UPDATES 2021-10-29 *
The front console misplacement issue was fixed on October 26th, 2021.
The Clicking/ Popping sound issue came back on October 28th, 2021.
I think that when they fixed the front console placement, the routing of fibre optic cables probably got messed up again and/ or they got bent, which causes interference.
Honestly I'm tired of driving back and forth and fixing one thing and/ or getting something else. Last time, I had a headache from driving back and forth for 3-4 hours. Thank you for the rental car arrangement, but the experience wasn't pleasant.

I had the brakes done on our older Honda Accord before the pandemic at the dealership and 800 km later told it needed a complete rear brakes done and service on the front. We took in for service for another family member to use not expecting another complete brake job. The reason given by the service dept : car was not driven enough but then how could we drive it ..there was a pandemic on. Now l have stored other cars in same garage - some driven less miles each year ( collector car) and no issues. We relayed our concern on the needed redo but got same response. Amazing service. I bought a used car from here and Kim was very helpful, honest and friendly. David was very helpful as well in walking through additional steps of the process. My car was ready at the time agreed upon looking like new. Even on pickup date I was given a lot of useful information. Very happy with the experience here and I will definitely consider them for my next vehicle.

I have terrible experience with Orangeville dealership. It is really bad!
I received the first quote from Marc via email. When I visited their store, another salesman, Michael, gave me another quote. After that, I accepted the Michael's quote but he said Marc was the first person contacted with me so he need to let me continue buying Marc.
They did not let me know or send the purchasing contract to me until the loan application was approved and I I bought car insurance. It's funny that they said the quote was given by Michael was incorrect quote and asked me accept another quote or cancel while
