For men women or children experiencing hair loss we are a provider of wigs, toupees and a large assortment of headwear, scarves and hats to complete the look. We are also a prosthetics shop, offering a full line of breast prostheses, prosthetic bras and accessories.

Viton stocks over 500 pieces of hair for women and men, including designer styles. We can also order custom styles and any special products that you may require. Viton Hairs Studios has been providing professional, one-on-one hair loss and breast prosthetics products and services in Greater Vancouver since 1994. Vivian Biddle, Viton's Owner/operator is a licensed cosmetologist and certified fitter. If you are experiencing hair loss regardless of the reason, or you have undergone a mastectomy, Vivian knows what you have been through and how to help you back to feeling yourself again.

Wigs Headwear and Accessories Report

Viton stocks over 500 pieces of hair, including synthetic, human hair, heat friendly hair, as well as partial hair and toupees. Viton has a custom wig service for both men and women. We have a part-time staff member who does follow-up service for venting and repairing hair systems, an important feature when purchasing a hair system.

Breast Prostheses and Prosthetic Bras Report

Viton offers a wide range of post mastectomy products for women experiencing the loss of a breast. Our comfortable private showroom, certified fitter and expert advice will make finding the right product a pleasant experience. Let us help you get your confidence back. Viton carries a large inventory of breast prosthesis, bra and swim forms, also post surgery garments.

We work by appointment only, so to avoid disappointment, please contact us by phone before your visit. The shop is at street level, is wheelchair accessible and has free off-street parking behind our building. Access to our parking is via our rear lane (not 5th Street). Vivian is a very professional lady who makes her customers the main attention as she shares her knowledge of the product and how to care for it. She sells it only if it looks ,feels, fits great and the customer is truly happy with it. I had postponed my breast shaping prosthetic for 29 yrs knowing she was there...I really wish I had gone to see her before this week I feel really good to wear the clothes I want to now. !! ..She is a wonderful business woman and and a really good caring person. Regarding some of the previous comments :: She takes her appointment times seriously and please do likewise

I took my wife here and made an appointment as indicated on the website. This provided a dedicated time period for one on one attention and she was very prompt to open her door at the time selected. Vivian was amazing and wonderful to work with. She made my wife feel completely at ease and gave us all the information we needed to use and care for a wig and supplied the extras needed. She ordered one that we chose in a different colour and it arrived just over a week later when we returned to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and it was. We had looked at other places but are very happy

Vivian’s successful business model operates on an appointment only basis (clearly noted on her website) so she may focus her attention on her client. I completely understand the need for the entrance to be secured in order to ensure the customer’s confidentiality as well as the safety of anyone in Vivian’s shop. Both of those measures allow for a safe, relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
I appreciate Vivian’s knowledge and willingness to answer all of the questions I posed pertaining to hair toppers. I wasn’t the least bit rushed and I appreciate her professionalism and friendly customer

I've taken my 90 yr old mother in law ( MIL) who has dementia to see Vivian 2 times now for a wig fitting and she has been fabulous. She really took the time with my MIL and so patiently answered all her repeated questions ~ Vivian really cares about her clients and provides top notch service!!

Vivian is incredible! She is so compassionate for what ever reason brings you into her store. Her inventory of wigs is incredible, and she will work so hard for you to ensure you are fitted with the best hair system for you. She absolutely wishes you to leave feeling confident and beautiful. She is much more than a person who I trust explicitly when wanting to purchase a New Wig ~ To my husband Barry & myself, Vivian is truly a very good friend who we always look forward to seeing!

I cannot say enough about Viton Hair Studios. The owner, Vivian Biddle, is the kindest, most caring person. She took her time with me and made sure that the wig I ordered would fit and would look good. I would recommend Viton highly to anyone approaching chemo. As well, she has an amazing supply of post-mastectomy accessories which she makes sure fit.

Fortunately, I do not not have cancer. I have extremely fine & thin hair, so wanted a wig. I had looked around a few wig stores before I purchased my wig from Viton. I was very pleased with the attention I received from the owner Vivian. Vivian also thinned out my wig at a later date when I decided I would like my wig thinner, at no extra charge.

I arrived at this shop to find a sign informing customers to knock for service and was ""greeted"" by someone who gave me a harsh stare and quite angrily demanded "what do you want?" I was very surprised by this tone and approach for many reasons.

I had found the place through their website, which did not indicate any kind of price range but since it was within walking distance I chose to inquire in person for comparison to online vendors of similar products.

I replied that I was hoping to browse the products inside. Apparently this was the wrong word to use because

My experience was quite wonderful at Viton. Vivian was very welcoming and extremely helpful in one of the worst times of my life. I knocked on her door one day when I first found out that I would be needing to wear a wig for a little while because I had cancer and would be loosing my hair. When she came out I burst into tears. She kindly brought me in and helped me pick something that suited me. And best of all talked about what to expect with the hair loss. She was so kind it is hard to explain.
I like that her door is locked because I feel safe there and can freely talk to her without others
