All satellite terminals communicate and report to our network servers located at the head office in Guelph, ON. I would like to give them 0 star but unfortunately its impossible possible. The guy in the shipping department ignored me for 1 hour.I was waiting in front of him for my pickup and after one hour he said your PO number in wrong. They should atleast talk to drivers when they arrived and confirm their load and tell them to wait for dock.Last but not least the language was soo disrespectful.Big zero star for this management.

That makes up there own rules as they go, sometime they claim to be federally-regulated other times they claim to be provincially regulated whatever is the cheaper for them and best suits the Management's needs at that particular time.
