Just finished my third experience with Peter and his team. I have had two cars repaired and one detailed with Finish First and have been treated very well with frequent communication, professional service and quality work. My most recent experience was with a MPI Direct Repair where Finish First conducted the damage estimate which streamlined the repair process and can saved me lots of time considering COVID. Will use again when needed.

I've been using Finish First for years, both for my personal vehicles and the inventory of the Dealerships I worked for in the past.
Peter and his team do great work!
Rarely were there ever any issues but if there were, they were dealt with quickly and properly...no questions asked.

Couldn't be happier with the experience. They had a great courtesy car for me to use for the duration of the repair. Repairs turned out great and they even detailed the inside of my SUV (which considering it hadn't been done since the start of winter, would have been a lot of extra work).

I received excellent customer service and had a great experience with Finish First. I had gotten into an accident during the holidays and had my initial assessment done at MPI on New Years Eve. I was a bit frantic trying to find a shop to take my car in on such short notice, as it was a busy time of year and I needed a vehicle. Peter let me bring my car in right after my MPI appointment the day of, and I was provided with a beautiful courtesy car. I received regular updates on the status of my repairs, and ultimately ended up getting my car back looking better than ever. Could not recommend this

I brought my brand new truck in for an appointment to have some stone chips repaired, as a friend of mine had his jeep repaired here and was very happy with that work. It was a really welcome change to meet professionals willing to do a simple touch up. Other shops were only interested in repainting entire panels, but it would have been a pile of money when I just wanted it to look decent and not rust, since it's a truck and not a show car. Looking forward to getting Peter's input on our minivan!

Had an excellent experience with Finish First! Had done some serious damage to my vehicle, and Peter and the team did a marvelous job with the reconstruction also with customer service. Frequent communication, setting expectations, provided a quality courtesy vehicle so my family could continue as normal while the repair was underway, friendly collaborative approach, and an extra touch in having the vehicle detailed. Two years ago my front bumper got replaced by them. Their customer service was very good. The work was very good, and competitively priced. I went to them because of a verbal referral.
Last month I noticed that the paint had a couple of bubbles. I contacted them and they said I should bring the car in for them to see it. After checking it, they said they would take care of it.
We arranged the drop off, and within 48 hours I got my car back with the re-painted bumper, free of charge. They even touched up a spot where there was a stone chip damage on my door.
The car was even cleaned, inside out
