Services
Clear Lake is one of the treasures of the Rideau Waterway (map 146k). It is one of a group of seven inter-connected lakes, providing a fishing paradise with breathtaking scenery. From our cottages you can enjoy fishing 6500+ acres of water and over 100 miles of shoreline. Explore numerous shoals and islands (many of the islands are uninhabited) that provide a perfect structure for both fish and fishermen.

Great vacation spot. Owners Wendy and Chris are a friendly considerate couple who want you to have the best time with them. Rustic style cabins are clean and well equipped. Each cabin has a fire pit and dock. the perfect place to unwind, read a good book, swim ,fish or just do nothing. Can't beat the scenery or the lakes. If you book, you won't be disappointed

What a quintessential cottage experience! The moment we arrived we instantly felt relaxed. The lake is gorgeous, I certainly see why it is named "Clear Lake". The kids could even go swimming! The service was excellent too. I will be booking another week for my family. I highly recommend Clear Lake Cottages.

On the water, clean and comfy beds.
Just returned from a week at Clear Lake Cottages. Wendy & Chris were welcoming and fantastic. Just prior to arrival they gave us their cell phone number in case we had any issues. It was such a relief to know that we were renting from responsible owners. We stayed in cottage 3 and found it clean, cozy and all necessary amenities for our week. Gas grill worked well and the new queen pillow-top mattress was fantastic. Swimming was good and it was nice being so close to the water and listening to the loons. Can't wait till our reservation in 2022.

Being an avid fisherman I have stayed at plenty of resorts on many lakes but clear lake cottages stood out from the rest... Wendy and Chris are great friendly hosts that make you feel at home. Located on a beautiful quiet lake there isn't much more you could ask for. Looking forward to going back each season... Highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Clear Lake Cottages with my fiance and our experience was less than satisfactory. Before we even arrived we had some hiccups with just booking a cottage with them. My fiance called to get the details and pricing in American dollars. He was quoted at $890 for a cottage and boat rental. We decided to go with them since they were a little cheaper than other places. We had to ask several times for a confirmation email and when we finally got one, it did not include any invoice information. They did not ask for a deposit and confused us with another guest. We have stayed twice now at Clear Lake Cottages, once on site and this year, at the owners cottage by personal invitation. Wendy and Chris are exemplary hosts. They are concerned and involved with every facet of your holiday . We arrived this year with our new boat. Chris dropped everything to help us launch, parked the boat trailer, parked the car, helped us load and even took us to our rental to help us unload.
